Actually, there are 2 others that I feel as strong about as my top play, but I had to choose one.

Minnesota -2 vs Penn St
I love the Gophers in this one. Penn St. is struggling this year, and looking to right the ship with a win over Minny. Too bad Papa J, you don't have the talent to beat this up and comer. Minny has too many weapons and are extremely well-coached. They will be sky-high for this game.

Arkansas -1 vs Alabama.
At first glance, you'd have to consider Alabama at home. But Bama is not a world beater at home anymore. The last 21 games vs SEC opponents, they are 9-12. Hogs will stack the line to stop Williams. Bama's QB has not lived up to the hype so far, and he won't get too much help from his wide receivers. Fletcher and Luke will be mismatched against Hogs outstanding corners. Arkansas RB Cobbs is running harder than I've ever seen him, gaining over 100 yards his first three. Plus QB Jones has found a passing game to go along with his option. Too much firepower for Bama in this one.

South Carolina +16.5 vs Tennessee.
Don't think Sweet Lou doesn't have a few tricks up his sleeve. He'll pull out all stops to keep his team in this one. He's got young playes, but talented young players, especially on offense. Tennessee is a team that usually plays just well enough to get the win. Rarely do they blow out other teams. And VERY rarely do they cover the week after playing Florida. Flat spot for Tennessee plus the motivation of Holtz will get SC the cover in this one.

Well let's make some money MT!!
Good luck.

Adding
Pitt -1 vs Texas A&M.
Pitt is by far the better team here. Getting extra value on this line b/c of their unexpected loss to Toledo last week.

Michigan -34 over Indiana
Michigan needs a big blowout to quench some fire they have in their bellies right now. Carr is not afraid to run up the score on anyone, and Michigan's second team can put up some points, especially against a team like Indiana.

Arkansas State +16.5
ASU is a better team than they showed against Tulsa last week. They have a very tough defense and have their sights set on Memphis' running back D'Angelo Williams. Williams grew up in a town close to ASU's campus and shunned them to go to Memphis. Two of William's high school teammates plays for ASU. This is THE biggest circle game for ASU this year. With the Liberty Bowl about an hour from ASU, there will be plenty of ASU fans at the game. ASU needs a good showing here to make up for last week's debacle. They will come out fired up here and will play hard enough to get the cover, if not an outright win.

Screw Arkansas State! They've broke it off in me for the last time this season. I listened to a couple of buddies who are season ticket holders and assured me that they had turned the corner this year. Two times in two weeks they've laid an egg.
If you're reading this, and I'm sure you probably are, you're Indians stink!
